DATED : 15th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On 20/3/2020, the applicant was admitted to protection subject to a condition of execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties. The applicant was directed to furnish cash surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- in lieu of surety for a period of eight weeks.
The time to furnish the surety was extended by order dated 3/7/2022.
The applicant has moved an application on 6/4/2020, seeking extension of time. The application filed on 6/11/2020 seek a relief of allowing permanent cash bail to the applicant on Tilak

By prayer clause (c) of the application, time to furnish surety is prayed to be extended.
The learned counsel for the applicant fairly state that he do not press prayer clause (b) of the application. He state that she shall furnish the surety within a period of two weeks from today.
It is made clear that on failure to do so, the protection granted in favour of the applicant stand cancelled and the Investigating Officer will be at liberty to arrest the applicant. Interim Application stand disposed off.
