Although the Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the impugned Judgment and Decree of the learned First Appellate Court is dated 13th February 2020 and the Second Appeal has been filed on 1st December 2020. Therefore, considering the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court suspending the limitation period from 15th March 2020 to 28th 1/2
