This petition is filed for transfer of investigation in C.R. No.I/204/2014, registered with Boisar Police Station. Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, upon instructions from the officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the investigation into the said C.R. is completed and charge-sheet is also filed. 2.

The prayer in the petition for transfer of the investigation, therefore, does not survive. The petitioner is at liberty to Uday S. Jagtap
