Learned Advocate for the Appellant, on instructions, submit that the Appellant has expired. Vide judgment and order dated 4th February, 2022, learned APP was requested to take instructions from the concerned Police Station with regard to the death of the Appellant in both these Appeals.

The learned APP, on instructions, states that the whereabouts of the Appellants are not known as he has left the premises about 12 years ago.
