After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. 2.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. Learned counsel, however, submitted that the applicant was arrested on 27.9.2017. Considering this long period as an under trial prisoner, his trial be expedited with some time bound schedule.

The request is reasonable. Learned trial Judge is requested to take up this matter expeditiously and complete the trial as far as possible within one year from today. 4.
