Though this application is pending from 2016 and nonApplicants are served long back, no reply has been filed to the application opposing the said application.

After going through the application, more particularly, reasons stated in Paragraph-2 onwards, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown in the application for condoning the delay. Accordingly, I pass the following order:
ORDER
