The Petitioner have nominated Mr. J.L.Deshpande as Arbitrator. The Respondent have nominated Mr. Ganesh Joglekar as Arbitrator. Both the learned Arbitrators shall file their respective disclosures under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (3 of 2016) on or before 29 th November, 2018.

The two nominated Arbitrators shall appoint a third Arbitrator. The venue of the Arbitration shall be at Pune. In view of this order, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed of.
