Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The Investigating Officer Shri. Satyavan Tukaram Patil has filed Affidavit dated 31st January, 2018. As per the said Affidavit, till today there is no material available against the Applicant showing his complicity in forging or in manufacturing bogus AADHAR Card of co-accused, Miss. Santoshani K. Shahu. The other offence lodged against the 1/2

9-ABA37-18.DOC applicant is under Section 4 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act ("PITA", for short), which is a bailable offence. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an order dated 17th January, 2018, is hereby confirmed.
