After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Since the Appeal was originally filed in this Court in the year 2011 and has thereafter been transferred to the District Court on the pecuniary jurisdiction being enhanced, the hearing of the Appeal is expedited.
