At the outset, without going into the merits of the Applications, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw these Applications. He states that the Anticipatory Bail Applications were rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Pune vide order dated 30.12.2015, pursuant

to which the present Applications were filed. He states that during the pendency of these Applications, charge-sheet has been filed in the said case on 04.03.2015, as against the arrested accused. He states that in view of this fact, he intends to approach the trial Court by filing a fresh Application seeking pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Applications, the Intervention Applications do not survive and the same stand disposed of accordingly.
