Police Station Kalyan, District Thane submitted that, in pursuance of the statement recorded in Order dated 27th March, 2024, the Investigating Agency had filed charge-sheet in the Court of J.M.F.C., Court No.1, Kalyan on 8th April, 2024 and the same was numbered as R.C.C. No.227 of 2024. Now, the said case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan is seized of the said case.

2) As the police have filed charge-sheet, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
