In crime No.491/2018 for offence punishable under sections 463, 464, 468, 471, 420, 499, 120B, 323, 504, 506, 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Baramati city police station, Pune, the applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail. 3.

Learned APP on instructions from the investigating

2 919) aba42-19.doc officer informs that since the offence is arising out of the service conditions of the complainant and based on order passed in exercise of 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Baramati, Pune, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not warranted. That being so, the applicants are entitled to be released on pre-arrest bail. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.491/2018 for offence punishable under sections 463, 464, 468, 471, 420, 499, 120B, 323, 504, 506, 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Baramati city police station, Pune, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties each in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed;

iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
