Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

I have gone through the previous order dated 23rd April 2014 passed by this Court, whereby the applicant's prayer for suspension of the sentence imposed upon him and his release on bail was rejected, as the applicant chose to withdraw the application. At that time, the Court stipulated that the applicant shall be at liberty to move another application for bail after one year. The period of one year would be over on 22nd April 2015. Thus, the present application cannot be heard for reconsideration of the question of grant of bail to the applicant. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The application is rejected.

Liberty to apply afresh for bail in accordance with the order dated 23rd April 2014 continues.

This order be communicated to the applicant in prison. Applicant be required to acknowledge the receipt of the said order and the Prison Administration be directed to forward the acknowledgment to this Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
