The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay of the judgment and order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pandharpur. In the above Civil Application, ad-interim stay has been granted on 21/09/2013 on the condition that the Applicant/Appellant deposits the decretal amount. The Applicant/Appellant has deposited the decretal amount as mentioned in the office note i.e. Rs.1,78,619/-, Rs.3,75,000/- and Rs.6,593/- totaling to Rs.5,60,212/-.

Mr. T N Sonawane appears for the Respondent Nos.4 and 6. None appears for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6 though served. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed and made lgc
