1) In furtherance of the Order dated 7th December, 2023, the Petitioner has been provided with necessary medical treatment at CPR Hospital, Kolhapur. Medical Officer attached to Kolhapur Central Prison, through the learned APP has submitted a report dated 20th December, 2023. In para-15 therefore, it is stated that, "I have made my provisions for his planned follow-up visit to Ortho unit-II & Surgery Dept. at the Govt. CPR Hospital, Kolhapur; So he will be taken to the Govt. CPR Hospital, Kolhapur as per the availability of the police escort from the police head quarter, Kolhapur. At present the said prisoner is conscious, well oriented and haemodynamically stable."
