On 23rd January, 2020, Assistant Police Inspector, Abhona Police Station, Nashik Rural has filed the report along with true copy of the death certificate issued by Grampanchayat, Gopalwadi, Tq. Kalvan, Dist. Nashik of Umaji Dharma Bagul i.e. present Appellant herein. It is stated in the said report that, Appellant - Umaji Dharma Bagul died on 25th January, 2017. The fact that, the Appellant - Umaji Dharma Bagul died on 25th January, 2017, during the pendency of the present Appeal, is not in dispute. He is the only appellant in the appeal. Since the Appellant - Umaji Dharma Bagul died, the Appeal stands abated, and accordingly Criminal Appeal stand disposed of. Umesh Malani
