DATE: JANUARY 08, 2020 P.C.:- 1] The submission is, award of maintenance of Rs 500/- is unjustified, as under Domestic Violence Act proceedings, maintenance awarded is of Rs 1,000/- to each of the claimants is not taken into account.

2] Award of maintenance was never challenged by the Petitioner. Petitioner has not disowned his liability of paying maintenance to the children.

3] Challenge raised to the order awarding maintenance of Rs 1/2
