After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the age of the victim boy, aged 10 years, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. It is informed that charge is also framed as against the Applicant.
