Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case appropriate proceedings, as available in law, are initiated by the Petitioner before the jurisdictional magistrate, the said magistrate shall decide the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three weeks from institution of the said proceedings.
