This Criminal Application is directed against the order dated 29th November, 2018 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Solapur, thereby rejecting the application for cross-examination. 3.

Heard submissions of both the sides.

I have perused the evidence of PW-7 Jayraj Waghmare and the impugned order. It appears that the defence has not completed the cross-examination of PW-7 Jayraj Waghmare. Hence, the Trupti Page 1 of 2

p511-apl-11-2019.doc defence is allowed to continue the cross-examination of PW-7 Jayraj Waghmare. However, the cross-examination shall not spill over more than one and half hour on the date, which is scheduled by the trial Court. Parties to co-operate. The trial Court to proceed with the matter.
