The learned APP has placed on record a report dated 12th April 2016 submitted by the Inspector of Police of Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune. In the said report, it is stated that after investigation, the Investigating Officer came to the conclusion that there is no evidence of commission of any offence against the applicant in connection with C.R.No.603 of 2013 registered with the said Police Station and therefore, a charge sheet has not been filed against the applicant. The report is taken on record and marked `X-1' for identification. In view of the statements made in the report and in particular paragraph 9 thereof, it is not necessary to entertain this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973. The statements in the report are accepted. Accordingly, application is disposed of.
