This application is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure by the applicant/ husband for transfer of the Marriage Petition No. A-1081 of 2010 filed by him for divorce under Section 13

(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, to be transferred to the Family Court, Pune. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/ husband submits that out of this wedlock, there are twins, who are residing with respondent/ wife at Pune. Considering the convenience of the respondent/ wife, the applicant/ husband has moved this application 1 / 2

In view of the above submission, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i) Marriage Petition No. A-1081 of 2010 pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Pune.

ii) The Registrar, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai is directed to transfer the Marriage Petition No. A-1081 of 2010 on or before 18th May, 2018.

iii) The parties to appear before the learned Principal Judge of the Family Court, Pune or to whom the Marriage Petition is assigned on 28th May, 2018 at 11.00 a.m. 4.

Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of on the above terms.
