1) These petitions can be conveniently disposed of by following order.

2) As it is consented by the learned counsel for RespondentCorporation so also Respondent No. 3-landlord that if so applied by the Petitioner for release of copy of sanction building plan to the 1/2

10.1703.22 WP.doc building proposal department with details of cadastral survey number, same will be made available in accordance with provisions of Right to Information Act.

3) Once such documents are received, it shall be open for the Petitioner to produce the on record of the Trial Court. 4) Learned counsel for Respondent no. 3 assures that details of cadastral survey number of the Suit property shall be provided to the Petitioner by filing pursis in the pending Suit within period of one week from today. However, this will not preclude the Respondent no. 3-landlord from producing the copy of sanction plan. 5) As such, prayer to the extent of production of sanction map is allowed, however, on rest of the issues, Petition stands rejected. 6) Petitions stand disposed of in above terms.
