Transfer of HMP No. 183/2020 pending on the file of Family Court, Ahmednagar is sought to the Family Court, Pune. 3) It is the case of the applicant that after matrimonial discord, custody of minor child remained with the applicant. The aforesaid contentions of Mr. Udane can be fortified from the earlier various orders passed by this Court as inspite of repeated services, nonapplicant has chosen not to appear. 4) In the aforesaid background, weighing the issue of hardship in favour of the applicant, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:

"(A) That, this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to transfer the petition bearing No. M. P. No. 183/2020 pending before the Ld. Family Court, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra to Ld. Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra."
