This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of the C.R.No. 278 of 2014 registered by Deonar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 427, 452, 354, 506(ii), 120B of IPC r/w. Section 37 and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 2.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. We have also perused the FIR. A perusal thereof shows prima facie involvement of the petitioner. The matter is at the stage of pps

28 wp 108-14.doc investigation. The petition is premature and we are not inclined to quash the same at this stage.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
