Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant. This civil application seeks recall of rejection orders referred to in prayer clause (a) of the civil application, passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) for non-compliance of office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the orders of rejection referred to in prayer clause (a) of the civil application are recalled and the second appeal alongwith two civil applications is restored to file. Civil Application (St.) Nos.4254 of 2014 and 4255 of 2014 alongwith the second appeal to come up for orders on 7 April 2017. The Applicant/Appellant shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. After removal of office objections, the civil applications alongwith the second appeal shall be privately served on the Respondents.
