Learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to various orders passed on an application fled by the applicant through jail. By order dated 24/06/2019, the learned Sessions Judge was directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. The subsequent orders would reveal that extension was granted from time to time and fnally, by order dated 2//0//2022, the request made by the learned Judge to grant extension of six months was allowed, M.M.Salgaonkar

With an expectation that the learned District Judge-2 shall conclude Sessions Case No.116 of 2017 on or before /0/09/2022, the application is disposed off.
