The question of making the sentences imposed upon the applicant / appellant run concurrently, as prayed for by him, shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the appeal.

Let a copy of this order be send to the applicant in prison. The Prison Administration shall serve the same upon the applicant and report compliance to this court. The appeal is peremptorily fixed for 'Final Hearing' on 28th July 2015. The counsel appointed for the applicant / appellant shall remain present before the court on that date, without excuse.
