The Applicant, apprehending arrest in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 463 of 2021 of police station Talegaon Dabhade, District Pune under Section 387, 385, 211, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By a detailed order dated 11.01.2022, interim protection was granted to the Applicant, inter alia on the condition of Sneha Chavan page 1 of 3
attendance. It is undisputed that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 4.
It appears that there is a property/monetary dispute between the parties and parties have filed complaint and cross complaint against each other. The FIR in the present case is lodged by Rasika Bhalerao stating that on 19.10.2021 at about 4.30 p.m., the Applicant had gone to the residence of the informant and asked her to sign on the papers sent by Milind Pokharkar or else to pay an amount of Rs.14 crores. 5.
A perusal of the statement by Rakesh Jambhulkar, who is the driver in the employment of Rohan Bhalerao, who is the husband of the informant shows that Applicant had gone to the parking place of the residential building of the informant at about 4.00 to 4.30 p.m. and handed over certain documents which Rakesh Jambhulkar took to the informant. The informant returned the papers without signing which Rakesh Jambhulkar carried and handed over to the Applicant after which he went away. Except this, there are no allegations of any incident, which had happened on 19.10.2021.

Considering the over all circumstances, the criminal application is disposed of in terms of order dated 11.01.2022. This shall be subject to the condition that the Applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigating agency and shall not Sneha Chavan page 2 of 3
make any attempt to directly or indirectly contact/threaten/influence Rohan Bhalerao or his wife Rasika Bhalerao or any other prosecution witnesses.

The Applicant shall not associate himself with the dispute between Rohan Bhalerao and Milind Pokharkar in any manner. 7.
In the event of breach of any of the conditions, the bail is liable to be cancelled.
