Learned counsel for the original accused-applicants in A.B.A.No.3604 of 2023 has no objection if the applicant is permitted to intervene in their anticipatory bail application. 3.

Considering this statement, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The applicants in A.B.A.No.3604 of 2023 are directed to implead the first informant through her son as a party respondent in the cause title of their anticipatory bail application. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
