This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first application was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 20th December, 2012 (Coram : Abhay M. Thipsay, J.). 2.

The learned A.P.P on the instruction of the Officer who is present in Court states that in the present case charge has been framed and six witnesses have been examined and that the next date is 20th March, 2015. The report submitted by the Officer is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, nothing survives for consideration in the present application and accordingly the application is disposed of.
