Applicant is informed to be the custodian of minor daughter who is aged about 3 years. Though notice in the proceedings is served upon the non-applicant, he has chosen not to appear in the matter.

3] In response to the Court'

s query Counsel for the Applicant informs that Applicant is not receiving any maintenance. 4] In the aforesaid backdrop, issue of hardship is well established in 1/2

That being so, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "a) the records and proceedings of Marriage Petition PA No.1379 of 2019 which is pending before the Ld. Judge Family, Court-3, Pune be transferred to the Ld. Family Court, Thane;"

5] I am informed that D.V. Act proceedings initiated by the Applicant are also pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Thane.

6] Application is disposed of.
