This disposed of bail application is listed on Board for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 5th May, 2021. The sentences in last two lines of paragraph no.5 mention that, "The trial would commence within short span of time. Case is due for framing of charge", the same be substituted and read as, "The evidence of P.W.3 is in progress". Further, paragraph no.(ii) of operative part of the order is substituted and read as under:

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with NDPS Special Case No.20 of 2017

Necessary corrections be carried out in order dated 5th May, 2021, and, corrected order be uploaded on the official eebsite.
