By an Order dated 10.1.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief. Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that co-accused namely Mr. Nazim N. Shaikh and two others who have been attributed with same and/or similar role have been released on prearest bail by this Court by Order dated 5.1.2017. The first information report and other record of investigation clearly indicates that the applicant has been attributed with same and/or similar role as that of other accused persons and therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the interim relief granted by

2 /2 17-aba-41-18 Order dated 10.1.2018 is hereby confirmed.

However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. after receipt of notice u/s. 160 of Cr.P.C. and to join the process of investigation till submission of final report.
