Learned counsel Mr. S. B. Shetye, appearing for the appellant-accused has tendered a death certificate, showing the death of Sugandh Shankar Chavande on 12.7.2016. Said death certificate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned counsel Mr. Shetye makes a statement that in view of

Learned counsel Mr. S. B. Shetye undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 in connected Cr. Appeal No. 768/1997. He submits that Respondent No. 1 Sugandh Shankar Chavande has expired on 12.7.2016. His death certificate is already taken on record (as mentioned in paragraph 1 above). Hence, Cr.
