Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application.

Learned counsel for the Applicant however submits that in spite of order passed by this Court dated 18th April, 2023 in Bail Application No. 3518 of 2022, directing the trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible, there is no progress and the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge. It is submitted that the Applicant is in jail for 4 years and 10 months.

Considering the facts and circumstances the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of V.A.Tikam 1 / 2

The Applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail if the trial is not concluded within the above said period. 5.
