It is pertinent to note that RCS No. 526 of 2011 must have proceeded further. In the present case, no efforts were made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to circulate the present matter although the writ petition is filed on 10/1/2014. In view of this, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition any further. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of Talwalkar 1/2
