1] The present Interim Application is taken out for condoning the delay of 46 days in filing the Revision Application against the impugned order dated 05.08.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in PWDVA Appeal No.34/2022.

2] On hearing the learned counsel for the Applicants and on perusal of the Application which provide the reasons for delay that has occurred, in particular, Para 3 of the Application, I am convinced that the delay is bonafide and deserve to be condoned. 3] In the wake of above, Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
