By an Order dated 10.1.2018 the applicant in ABA Page-1/3

No.43/2018 and by an order dated 15.1.2018 the applicant in ABA No.64/2018 were granted interim relief by this Court. The record indicates that in furtherance of the Oder dated 25.1.2018 the applicant Niraj Ved has deposited the alleged amount of Rs.3,26,00,000/- in the registry of this Court. The applicant Sagar Jagirdar is an employee of Mr. Niraj Ved and it is the prosecution case that, a power of attorney was given to him by Niraj Ved for registration of the certain documents. As far as the allegation of accepting money is concerned, the same revolves around the applicant Niraj Ved. As noted earlier, in pursuance of Order dated 25.1.2018 Niraj Ved has deposited the said amount of Rs.3,26,00,000/- in the registry of this Court. 2.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted to the applicants namely Niraj Ved and Swagat Jagirdar by Orders dated 10.1.2018 and 15.1.2018 are hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.

The anticipatory bail applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.

3. In view of the order passed in ABA No.43/2018 and ABA No. 64/2018, the aforestated intervention applications do not surive and are accordingly disposed off.

4. The interveners are granted liberty to have amicable settlement with the applicant Shri. Niraj Ved and allowing the application of the applicant-Niraj Ved for pre-arrest bail shall not preclude the interveners for having an amicable settlement with him in the matter.
