This Application seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased Petitioner Mr. Vasant Kondiba Kamthe who expired on 31.10.2023. There is no delay in filing the Application. 5.

The Applicant is wife of deceased who is desired to be brought on record. Incidentally other legal heirs are Respondent Nos.23 to 27 who are already Respondent in the proceedings. 6.

For reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim

Since a very limited issue is involved regarding transposition as party Defendant in the suit proceedings, the Writ Petition shall he heard by this Court on 30th January, 2024. 8.
