Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

At the outset, learned A.P.P states that the trial in the present case has already commenced and four witnesses have already been examined in the said case.

Considering the aforesaid, no interference is warranted at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected. 4.
The trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within 9 months from the date of receipt of this order. SQ Pathan 1/2

It is made clear that if for some reason, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid time, for no fault of the applicant, the applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after 9 months. 6.
