The counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions state that, the reference application tendered by the petitioner under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 Act will be - Page-1/2

Nalawade 10-wp-346-19.doc forwarded to the authority constituted under the provisions of the Act as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made as above, the grievance raised by the petitioner need not be entertained.

It is contended by the petitioner that benefit in respect of eight plots have been determined and the amount determined in respect of seven plots has been paid to the petitioner and the amount of compensation in respect of one plot has not been paid. If that be so, the Collector shall take steps for determination of the amount of compensation considering the entitlement of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
