This is an application for intervention by the first informant Mr. Soyeb A. Shaikh in CR No.261 of 2017 dated 4.10.2017 registered with Nalasopara Police Station, District Thane.

The applicant in ABA No.2258 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Mr. Soyeb A. Shaikh as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and an amended copy of the
