Learned counsel for the first and the third Respondent has placed on record a printout of e-mail signed by the Manager (OS) of the second Respondent sent to the Regional Manager (L & HPF). The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The e-mail records that the second Respondent is intending to scrap the existing tendering process and proceed for a fresh tender. 3.

In view of the statement made in the said e-mail dated 10/1/2017 marked 'X' for identification, nothing survives in this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
