The applicant was apprehending arrest in CR No.I-84 of 2019 registered with Vangaon Police Station, District Palghar for offences under sections 39, 41(C), 45 and 48 of Maharashtra Money Lending Act, 2014.

The allegation in the complaint is that the applicant is involved in money laundering without having valid money lending license and thereby committed aforesaid act. The applicant was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 10-1-2020. 3.

Learned APP submitted that pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the applicant has executed bail bond. On completing investigation, charge sheet is filed against applicant. In the light of aforesaid facts, this application can be disposed of. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) Interim protection dated 10-1-2020 is confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.I-84 of 2019 registered with Vangaon Police Station, District Palghar, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
