In view of the statement, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) We direct the appropriate authority of the first Respondent to dispose of the application filed on 24 th January, 2011 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today. No further time shall be granted;

(iii) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
