Learned Counsel has tendered copy of the proposal dated 7th March, 2022 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as "Shikshan Sevak". It is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

The petition is partly allowed. Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the proposal submitted by respondents No.3 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as "Shikshan Sevak", in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

In case approval is granted, name of the petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth System and by allotting to the petitioner Shalarth I.D., her salary together with arrears, if any, shall be released to her at the earliest and in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of grant of approval, if any. 6.
