In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 8.5.2021 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Vashi externing him outside the limits of Districts of Thane, Raigad and Mumbai Suburban as well as Mumbai City for a period of one year.

The record of the Petition does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of that order. The Petition was filed in January, 2023. No efforts were taken to get the matter circulated.
