1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Shankar Raut, API, Indapur Police Station, District Pune submitted that, during the course of investigation it was revealed that, the Petitioner has no role to play in the present crime. The police will be submitting final report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C., before the trial Court, without including the Petitioner as an accused in it.
