By consent, the petition is allowed and the impugned order, dated 5-12-2014, passed

sjs P1-WP-1339.2015 below Civil Miscellaneous Application No.62 of 2014 by the Family Court at Pune, as well as the order, dated 20-5-2014, passed below Exhibit-1 in P.A. No.371 of 2013 are quashed and set aside, and accordingly P.A. No.371 of 2013 is restored to its origial file.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms. The petition is according disposed of. 5.
